We are committed to providing professional tailor-made courses face-to-face or online that not only fit every skill level and background, but also blend elements of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR*). Learning is most successful in an open and supportive environment which is something that is always kept in mind at recoaching.
*The CEFR is a framework that describes international language ability from A1-C2. A1 being basic and moving up to C2 proficiency.
Business English - Beginner
This course is the perfect foundation to enter the next level of learning.
It is also for those who wish to refresh their language skills and gain confidence.
Business English - Intermediate
This course will push your skills, knowledge and confidence to new levels in a fun and dynamic way.
You will also see the practical benefits this can have in your everyday job.
Business English - Advanced
You will fine tune your skills and abilities while focusing on accuracy, proficiency and fluency.
This course is perfect for those who regularly communicate in English.

Richard Powazynski
My passion has always been people, through teaching and providing training I have been able to use my passion to connect and communicate with people and ultimately help them to grow. When I moved from Newcastle Upon Tyne (United Kingdom) to Heilbronn in 2018 I took the opportunity to combine my passion and business experience, since then I have been working freelance as a Business English teacher.
Prior to teaching Business English, I worked around the world in various management and training positions within the Hospitality and Tourism sector including New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. I have had the opportunity to experience different cultures and work successfully with a diverse range of people and I carry those lessons learned into my classes. I am described by my students as professional, friendly, open and patient.
My goal when deciding to set up recoaching was simple, to provide people with the kind of learning structure, environment and support that encourages the individual to build confidence because confidence is key when it comes to learning and using a new language.
*An interesting fact, I am currently studying a Masters in Business Management & Tourism at the University of Heilbronn

Tori Stockdale
I am Canadian, born and raised in a town near Toronto. I am a freelance English teacher and I have been living and working in Germany since 2018. I have always had a passion for helping people and providing professional development and training.
Prior to teaching Business English, I worked as a Business Development Representative where my responsibilities were to educate and help develop local companies in relation to human resources, business management, recruitment, employee law/relations and training/development of employees.
My natural passion for encouraging collaborative and engaging environments within my work helped greatly to build and grow professional trusting relationships. I bring the same commitment and passion when teaching English. I have a proven track record of successfully educating business professionals helping them build confidence, in person and online, which has allowed them to develop and utilize their language skills more effectively.
