About Me

Hello, I’m Anika Berwing, 37 years old, and I come from the beautiful Hanseatic city of Bremen.

For more than a decade, I have supported employees and leaders as an experienced HR professional and leader in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. 
During this time, I have not only helped shape organizational change but have also witnessed firsthand how people grow beyond what they thought possible when they are empowered to unlock their potential.

These moments inspired me to place the part of my work that I am most passionate about at the center of my professional path: helping people as a coach to access their own resources, gain clarity, grow beyond themselves, and find the right balance.

Coaching creates the space to pause, gain new perspectives, and foster personal growth—a process that fascinates me and has also helped me grow on my own journey.
